Products Description:

Ceramic knife is a knife designed with a ceramic blade. It is very hard, made from sintered zirconium dioxide and retain their sharp edge for a long time. They are light in weight, do not impart any taste to food and do not corrode. Suitable for slicing fruits, vegetables and boneless meat. They are unsuitable for chopping through bones, frozen foods, or in other applications which require prying, which may result in chipping. Since ceramics are brittle, blades may break if dropped on a hard surface. The ceramic blade is sharpened by grinding the edges with a diamond dust coated grinding wheel.

Caution:

1. The blade is made of ceramic, not metal. It may break or crack if you hit something hard or drop it. When use a dishwasher or a draining board, do not hit or tap your blade on dishes or other items.

2. Do not drop anything onto the ceramic surface.

3. Do not cut/peel hard food such as frozen food, bones, etc.

4. Do not hit anything hard with your tools such as cutting board or table to avoid breakage. 

5. Do not sharpen the ceramic blade with a whetstone. The blade may be damaged.

6. For safety, do not take it by hand when it accidently drop off.

7. Do not test the sharpness of blade by finger.

8. Keep out of reach of children.
