Products Description:

Utility Knife is a cutting tool used in food preparation. A utility knife is between a chef's knife and paring knife in size, about 10cm to 20cm (4 to 8 inches) in length. It can be used for mincing, slicing vegetables and fruits, slicing boneless meat and disjointing large cuts. However, it is not suitable to be used for chopping bones as the blade can be broken.

The role of metal elements in steel structure:
